After over a decade of building futures, Wily is building something new. In the coming year, we’ll be introducing volunteer experiences designed with Scholars at the center, that reflect the strength of this community and the relationships that make it possible.
This next step is about leaning into the strength of the Pack. It’s about creating more space for connection across Scholars, alumni, and the broader Wily community. It’s about strengthening the ties that already exist, while opening the door to new ones.
We are pleased to announce the evolution of Wily’s Annual Career Fair, now The Wily Networking Expo: a conversation-centered gathering designed to help Wily Scholars build networks, explore careers, and gain confidence in professional settings.
What this will become is still taking shape. But the intention is clear: to bring people together in ways that feel thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in shared experience; empowering Scholars to understand professional pathways, ask questions they might not ask elsewhere, and build relationships that can shape their future.
